PEBA will respond to all inquiries or concerns related to the administration of the Public Service Superannuation Plan or the Liquor Board Superannuation Plan. If a complaint cannot be resolved through PEBA, a procedure exists to have concerns heard by the Public Service Superannuation Board (PSSB) for the Public Service Superannuation Plan or by the Liquor Board Superannuation Commission (LBSC) for the Liquor Board Superannuation Plan.
